The location of 8 Wilmer Street is unbeatable. You will have easy access to all the local amenities, from restaurants and cafes, to supermarkets, parks, and shops.
The Moov it app is great to download ahead of time should you wish to use the bus system while visiting Christchurch.
On-street parking is free outside the development but can often be full during school hours however does empty out in the evenings.
The surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by.

City Noise - Please note this is a city living Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and neighboring properties. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended.
Please note currently there is a construction site nearby, so some construction noises may be experienced during your stay.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
